Promotion structure

TASUKI Holdings Group positions sustainability as one of its key management issues and has established a Sustainability Committee. With the President and Representative Director serving as the committee chair, the committee consists of officers in charge of each department, including full-time directors. The committee deliberates on the basic policy for sustainability activities and materiality that will affect the enhancement of corporate value over the medium to long term and monitors the action plan and its implementation status under an organizational structure that enables speedy, company-wide decision-making.
The contents of the deliberations of the Sustainability Committee are reported to and discussed by the Board of Directors.
